With the mess that is Coronavirus going around, I know everyone is basically going crazy trying to stay safe and protected in these trying times. Heck, one of my sisters who works in a grocery store told a story this past Saturday about how someone ripped the toilet paper dispenser out of the bathroom just to get some. And now I have to hear that the city of San Francisco has fallen under martial law to protect it. In my whole life, I have never heard nor seen the act of martial law been enacted upon. And when it has, it happens now; under the guise of a potential viral outbreak. What has the world come to?!

I bid farewell with this swift year. I see now another blank slate waiting for us all to get our shit together and haggle life for a fortuitous year of blissful enjoyment. As we enter the fated holiday that I celebrate for its spiritual meaning, I dare to speak up now to talk with all my watchers and hope you share the message. I have seen good days and bad. I have seen many others fall under emotional stormy weather and have done my part to help and pray that more can be done by someone greater than myself. But above all else, I bid you all and your families and friends the merriest of times. And I ask that you all look back at those who could not be with you this year. The loved ones we have all lost this passing year and years before. I know I will. And as we all henceforth into the new year, head first, I pray we all keep in mind that the new year also poses a chance to renew ourselves for the better. May we remember that we hold the ability to change our dark moments into brighter ones and that we can make the future brighter for ourselves and everyone around us. The fated dusk of September has come and gone once again. And with it, came the end of dear old Summer. Now we shuffle on into October. The month I could care less about even if my birthday is in fact dated in it. I do not look forward to the Halloween season and care very little for the hullabaloo it brings with it. But, neglecting my own emotions, I look forward to seeing how some of you out there dearly embrace the change of scenery. I hope the coming days and weeks are kind and prosperous to all out there. May you all have a joyous time in the month that is sure to bring out some of everyone's best and brightest pieces of work. All I know is I have to look out for is my increasing writer's block. Hopefully, I'll come up with a piece of work myself that'll entice a few individual souls out there. Have a great month to come all. You are the best of the best at what you do.
